"A Unique soul is a person who only appears once in the whole Universes. There are no other Omnis out there. You can search hard and long, but no other universes contain me as another person." -Felix Diskolos Pantech
Omni had left Yamiken and his army in the Universal Nexus and given him the extra chance he needed to conquer the Universes. Now, Yamiken only had to pick the first Universe to conquer, since he failed at his own. The only problem was that there were trillions of Universes. Which should he pick first? As he stared into the alter, pondering, he became aware of another person climbing the stairs to the left of him. At first he assumed it was Omni coming back (as he could sense a Void Aura), but he found that it wasn't Omni, rather, a demon of some sort. He assumed it to be a Void Demon. He was wearing a gray robe, was about 6'7", and he was quite surprised to see Yamiken. The demon scanned over Yamiken with his gray eyes, and then spoke. "Who might you be?" Yamiken wasn't one to be giving his identity away without first finding a good reason to. "No one of consequence." Yamiken replied, with a sense of authority lingering from it despite his statement.
The demon shrugged. "My name is Tranductus. What brings you here?" Again, Yamiken wasn't going to be giving his reasons away, even though he was quite surprised that his army around the place hadn't given him away. Tranductus continued. "I take it that this is your first time here. If you're an explorer, and don't know where to go first, then I suggest you just close your eyes and point out a world." he looked at the stars, which were actually the other universes. "I find that to be the best way to learn things." Tranductus apparently wasn't that interested in Yamiken. Yamiken found that to be for the best. Tranductus spoke again. "Also...If you plan to take anyone with you..." He looked over his shoulder. "...then you might want to scout out the Universe first. Each place will be different from what you know." Tranductus then looked at the alter and fiddled with the numbers on it. He changed the 002 to 000.
Yamiken was filled with curiosity. "Where are you going?" He couldn't help but ask. Tranductus grinned. "I'm off to visit a few friends of mine. I haven't seen them in awhile." Yamiken was slightly let down, thinking the reason would have been one that was more exciting. "Ah. Have a good trip, then." he replied. Tranductus nodded. "I hope you find what you're looking for." he grinned and showed his total of four rows of teeth and faded away like a time ghost would. Now that Yamiken was alone, he considered Tranductus's advice. He found that it would be wise to first scout out the Universe he was attempting to capture. That was a good tactic. Perhaps he might even find some willing allies. He rested his right hand on the alter and closed his eyes, looking at the stars. "Oh." There was a single bright light in the blackness of his closed eyes. He opened them and saw the same star that matched what he saw when he had his eyes closed. "Amazing. The demon was right." He looked down at the alter and the numbers had changed to 50.
Yamiken tilted his head slightly. "Most interesting; the demon was quite right." He reiterated to himself. "Well then. What happens now?" he murmured. He placed his other hand on the alter and he felt a surge of power coursed through him. Suddenly, he was ripped from the Nexus and was hurled through a tunnel of stars that were flying past him on all sides. Once a full minute had passed, he found himself one solid ground. His head rang with pain from a headache that the trip had presumably given him. Once he regained his senses, he looked around to see what kind of world he had landed himself in.
The Universe was rather odd. The sky was dark and crimson. The air around Yamiken was dense with fog, and cold (this he did not really notice since his Darkness Properties protected him from temperatures). As Yamiken heighten his vision to see through the fog, he walked around and noted that the soil was all... dead. No life seemed to come from it at all. "Intriguing. Perhaps this universe doesn't have plants. I wonder what food they substitute with?" He continued to walk in his random direction for a few minutes. He frowned slightly. "I sense no life here. Has the Demon sent be to a lifeless rock? I shall have to have a talk to him... He went to triple-zero... So tracking him is no probl-." he stopped just before he walked into someone. " Oh sorry. I didn't see you there." or sense...Quite odd.
The person turned around and Yamiken smiled. The Light Human, Caleb. only...he doesn't look so light here. And he really didn't; almost the opposite, in fact. The Skylos of this universe was clad all in a black cloak and cape; his shirt and pants were also black as well. He was wearing steel-toe boots, black, as well. Now his face was the most curious thing. His eyes weren't violet, which ruled out Dark Human. Instead, they were as follows: black pupils, red irises, and black scleras. His hair was simply black and medium length. His face was as pale as a ghost, and expressionless. Yamiken's hand shot to his katana in an instant. Skylos had unsheathed a scythe and was starring at him with much intensity.
"I advise you to leave." His voice was deep and full of dread. As he breathed, a black cloud exhaled from him. Yamiken raised an eyebrow. "Why would I do that?" He had just started scouting, after all. Skylos explained. "We don't need another of your souls coming here to cause us pain." he narrowed his eyes. "We've already been conquered." Yamiken's eyebrows went up ever so slightly. "...How do you know why I'm here?" He asked, cautiously. Skylos nodded slowly. "I figured as much. When I said soul, I meant another... Nobunaga, completely." Yamiken nodded as well. "I see. Omni was not kidding, then." I am not the only Yamiken... This will be awkward. Wait. He isn't still here, is he?! Slightly distressed, he repeated his query. Skylos shook his head. "No. He destroys and leaves. He destroys the Universe with his power over Death. He comes in like a Wraith and then you find yourself as a... Death Human. This was such a beautiful world beforehand." he narrowed his eyes. "Leave and consider this world already conquered by you."
Yamiken was relieved that he wouldn't have to meet himself; somehow, he had lucked out. He then reasoned Caleb's statement. Yes...I technically have conquered this plane of existence. So yes, I have no reason to stay. "Alright then. I'll leave." He then wanted to tested something before he left. "What's your name?" Skylos exhaled more decay breath. "Kaleb." He then said no more. He eyed Yamiken, as though he expected treachery. Yamiken pulled one of Orochi's crystals out. He concentrated his energy on it and it swiftly brought him back to the Universal Nexus. He pocketed it before any of his men would see it.
Yamiken sat with his back against the alter and thought over what he had experienced. "Alright. I learned that I can find the best place to go by closing by eyes and touching the alter. I confirmed that I am only one of many Yamikens. People will have different names, but they will somewhat sound alike in most cases." he pondered the middle thought. "So I was revived as a Death Human? I can only imagine what went wrong with me in whatever Universe he came from." He smiled. "Oh well. I have something he doesn't; an army." With that, he stood up and faced the alter. "Now will you please send me somewhere I can actually conquer?" he repeated his steps, and a 6 appeared on the alter. "Very good, then." Again, he faded away. Now he could really say that the war for the Universes was on, as he appeared in a sunlit world full of unsuspecting people.
