[Ralph's Character] [Fourth Thread]
[6/29/09] [Page 459] [Post #13763]
Down on the streets, somewhere not so far from Dillon...
"Good grief!" The first man exclaimed in a thick East End accent, kicking over a bit of rubble in casual disgust. "Look at all the dead Frenchies! Someone's been causin' around 'ere, alright. Those kids sure have their work cut out fer 'em! Now whaddid Rukia-chan want us to do 'ere again?"
A second man stood next to him. "There was a Slime Human," he reminded his companion in a deep, quiet voice with a soft but distinct German accent. "He is meant to be quite rare. She mentioned something about him not being from our universe."
"Extraterrester-wotsit, then?" the first guy snorted. He was about 5'10", wearing a long, baggy brown coat and fairly plain, rather drap clothes beneath them which looked almost as if he'd found them in a bin (well... for that matter, the socks...). His head was covered by a mop of messy, light brown hair which framed pale blue eyes and sharp, angled cheeks. On his shoulder he was casually hefting a plane, gunmetal shotgun - the only part of him which looked remotely well-cared for. Age-wise, he looked youngish - mid-to-late 20s, possibly early 30s. No older.
The other just grunted in response. He was extremely tall - pushing 6'5" - with close-cropped black hair and soft, brown eyes. He was extremely well-muscled, in contrast to his rather skinny companion, though the latter's physique was obscured somewhat by his baggy clothes. The tall man's clothes were plain black, and had a military-issue feel to them. Notably, he didn't actually have any sleeves, revealing his heavily-built arms. The only other defining feature of his appearance was a ring on each hand. The one on his right was silver and had a pale blue snowflake emblem on it; the left-hand was bronze and had a dark brown, diamond-shaped emblem on it which didn't bear any clear resemblance to anything else, though doubtless it had some sort of symbolism.
"Well, guess we keep lookin'..." the Cockney reasoned with a shrug, and pressed on through the ruined streets, followed by his companion, unwittingly heading closer and closer to Dillon.
