[Please note that this character is a counterpart of Yamiken.]
[Like Yamiken, he changed his name.]
Tranductus turned around at the pop to see who had appeared in the Nexus. He lifted both eyebrows up for a second as the person was the one he was about to visit.
The person was pretty much someone you couldn't identify unless you already knew him. He wore a white Light Robe that was trimmed in gold in the appropriate places, such as the neck, sleeve cuffs, belt, etc. But one thing to note that was different about his Light Robe was that it also had a hood, which he kept over his head. He walked up to meet Tranductus.
Tranductus frowned. "Hey. I said I would come to you."
The hooded man then replied. "Trouble in my Universe has forced me to leave for now... I'll have to relocate until it calms down and I can blend in again."
"Ah...I'm sorry." Tranductus sighed, then heard the pop of another person entering the Nexus. The two turned so that they were side by side at the top of the stiars so they could both see who appeared. "Ah. Hello again. Seems we keep meeting here." He said to Yamiken.
"Indeed," Yamiken answered, ascending the stairs to the altar. His eyes flicked to the hooded person. "I don't believe we've met, though."
Tranductus and the hooded man parted so that Yamiken could have room. The latter offered a hand. "Spathifos." He said.
"Yamiken," he replied, shaking the offered hand. "Where are you headed, Spathifos?" Yamiken then asked, trying to make conversation.
Spathifos then removed his hand, and shook his head. "I'm not certain. I'm in the process of moving home for awhile. My world is in too much turmoil at the moment... Namely, I'm a target." He shrugged his shoulders as though it weren't really a big deal, but Tranductus flinched a bit at how passive Spathifos was taking this.
"Oh? Of whom?" Yamiken asked, interested to hear news of other worlds.
"The World Government. The rulers of the world of Terra 500, if you will." He paced slightly with his hands held behind his back. "They are responsible for keeping absolute rule over everyone in the rule, and they're quite good with it. They've made the perfect soldiers by artifically implimenting the powers of Void into normal citizens, along with a serum that gives the officials complete control over that person. They've been hunting for other powers that they might test on, and they found me...Somehow." He was still wondering how that happened.
"Perfect soldiers?" Yamiken murmured, eyebrows raised. "How many do they currently have, would you say?" This has the potential to be rather interesting, I think.
Spathifos stopped and tried to estimate, but he was unsure. "Oh it's most definitely way past the millions in my country alone. On a global scale... I have no idea. It would be a massive number." He shook his head. "They only have the power of Void, at least...But that's still a rather potent power." He smiled under his hood. "And in ways, I'm glad it's Void. If they start shooting randomly, then they have a better chance to just cancel each other out, or kill each other quicker."
Tranductus cut in. "Yes... But it also makes it quite dangerous for me." Apparently, he said this out of past experiance
Direct invasion is out of the question then... perhaps I should deal with the matter of Terra 010 first. That could be more winnable. "I see. A veritable fighting force, then. Well, perhaps some day I'll give it a run for its money," Yamiken replied to Spathifos. "Anyway. I feel I should put forward my own offer of home to you. Terra 000 might be to your tastes. Unless there's a problem with that?" He looked from Sapthifos to Tranductus.
Spathifos laughed. "I'm afraid it's not that simple. But don't get me wrong, I take that offer to full consideration... But these soldiers are capable of following me to other Universes. The only solution present is for me to go to another Series."
Tranductus nodded sadly. "Let's just hope they can't get powerful enough to be able to switch Series."
Yamiken frowned. "I see. That's not encouraging, I must say. But, you will do what you must." I say that... this seems to be one threat which is going to have to be culled sooner rather than later. Some espionage I think is required.I wonder if Ieyasu has made contact with that Soren character yet... "Well. I wish you luck, then. Perhaps some day we'll meet again."
Tranductus charged up a massive amount of energy for a Series switch. "Good bye Yamiken." He unleashed the energy and they vanished...
But just before they vanished, Spathifos frowned. "I sure hope not. Counterparts really should never meet." And they were gone.
Yamiken raised his eyebrows. "Is that so?" he murmured. "Well then... I hope we do meet again, Spathifos." He smirked, then went to the altar himself, about to turn it to his own destination.
