Aqua already knew which powers would work best, she'd seen quite a lot of action and knew a lot of people. "Right. So let's focus more on just being calm and prepared. The rest we can figure out when we get there and find out whats going on."

Maura nodded as she listened along. "Well Aqua, if anything happens, looks like you and I are gonna save the day!" She joked. "Now, do we have a map of the layout of the base, with all of the entrances? And do we have photo IDs of the people we should be looking for, in case there are impersonators?" She knew she was new so she certainly wouldn't know anyone, but whether the rest of the team actually knew every single person at the base she had no idea, it seemed unlikely.

"Yeah. The map is pre-installed in the Light Prism, as are quite a lot of other things. It's like a portable supercomputer. Personnel files are also in there as well. Granted, there are restricted files so don't expect to be able to access everything. Even I can't see some things." Jake then drove for quite a while longer. Lille wasn't too far away, so they arrived without consequence. Jake then parked the truck. In the distance was a large complex, but everything seemed perfectly peaceful. "Hm. I don't see much out of place."

Trevor got out of the vehicle and looked around a bit. "So far so good." Since they were at the base now, he had his guard up. Anything could happen or be happening. Though, things did seem calm so there probably wasn't a huge attack or anything.
He took the liberty of feeling through the earth under and around the base even though he didn't really know it, just in case anything might seem abnormal.

Aqua got out as well, not seeing much yet. She was looking for any hostile auras, as Raylu was teaching her the difference. As of right now she couldn't feel anything. "Going through the main entrance probably wouldn't be the best idea. If there's a trap it would be there."

Maura got out as well, thankful to be out of that accursed vehicle, and looked around. She likewise didn't sense anything nearby, so she pulled up the light prism map of the place. "Right.." She said to Aqua, "Is there a back entrance around here somewhere..?" She mumbled looking on the map. Unless Trevor were to just tunnel us through..
While she was using the light prism she also looked to see if it could tell her about any threat levels or unidentified/unauthorized people inside the base.

The ground didn't really yield anything odd. For the most part, it seem undisturbed around the exterior of the complex. There was an obvious dip once it came to the interior, however. There was quite a bi of underground structure to the place.
Aurawise, there wasn't anything to sense! It appeared that the building was a bit of a dead-zone; nothing got in and nothing got out.
On the prism, Maura would soon find that there were three entrances. There was the main gate - which they seemed to have already ruled out, a back entrance that seemed to connect to a floor below the main floor, meaning they would enter one of the basement levels, and the third entrance was a side access on the ground level.
"Looks like we could go about this three ways. Though, to be honest, I'm not really sure that blowing up the front entrance would get us any points with the tenants, assuming there is actually something amiss here."

Trevor nodded. "Indeed. There are three doors. But I'm thinking as long as we get inside, it shouldn't matter what entrance we take." They were in front of an entrance now, in fact. Why not just go there and see if they'd be let in? Trevor would begin to make his way over if no objections from his coworkers arose.

Aqua sighed, folding her arms. "Did you even listen to what I said. If something is wrong here, don't you think whoever is responsible would expect people to come in the front door?" She paused. "But then with only three entryways, they might have something at all three." Aqua looked frustrated. "Also, I didn't pick any auras up at all inside. None at all.....So im not sure what this is going to mean for us."

"We're wasting time, why don't we go through the side entrance and prepare for an attack? Going in through the basement might trap us if that exit gets blocked." Maura would turn the map off once everyone was done, and if there were no objections, went along with Trevor to the side entrance.

"I think I'd have to agree about the basement entrance. I can't see that leading to anything good..." Jake then had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of deciding between then front or side door since no one could come to an agreement. At least it'll be an odd number of votes. "It would be better to go in with the assumption that something is truly amiss, bu that doesn't mean we need to go in with guns blazing. Let's use the side entrance, but be as stealthy as possible."

Aqua nodded. "Sounds like a good idea. Let's go." Aqua said, keeping her aura low so it wouldn't be detected.

Maura proceeded to turn off the map, still keeping the prism accessible, and followed through the side entrance with the others.

Enterng the building was actually rather easy, since it was just another branch of the main office where they worked. Jake held his prism to the panel and the door opened. Looking around, he slipped inside. Before them was the usual inner workings of a building: hallways. "We should see if we can get to the main control room. See what exactly happened."

Aqua followed inside, being careful not to make to much noise. She noticed it looked very much the same as their home base, so she assumed the control room was in the same location. "Alright then, let's go, but carefully." Aqua was contently looking for auras, as to not be caught off guard.

Trevor really didn't see the need for the over-secretive carefulness that Aqua was displaying. She acted as if they'd be arrested if seen on the premises. Also, he really was doubting there was anything really bad going on here. Probably just a small glitch or something. Nevertheless, he continued on with his comrades, not making a scene but not trying to step extra lightly either.
If the control room here was like theirs back home, he'd likely be able to locate it using his Earth Powers, and would begin heading in its direction.

Maura stepped inside as well, and though nothing seemed out of the ordinary to her yet, she created air pockets under her feet so that she would be walking an inch or so off the floor. Walking noiselessly, she turned her Prism back on to see if she could get a floor map up of the interior, now that they were inside. They were all being pretty quiet, and the silence was discomforting. If they didn't begin to see or hear anyone once they began walking past rooms in the hallway, she would be pretty suspicious.

So far, as they were traveling through the complex, they met no one. It was a very eerie silence. "Hm. I'd have thought that there would be quite a few people milling about. I find that this is suspicious..." After a bit of time passed and nothing of consequence happened, Jake seemed to be bugged a bit more. "I hope we aren't walking into a trap..."

Aqua looked worried. "I agree....If it was just a simple glitch, we should of seen someone walking around by now."

Trevor, with a sigh, also conceded. "Yes, this does seem to be one of those cliched 'too quiet' scenarios at this point..." Trevor was continuously feeling through the building (particularly a fair amount of a radius from them) as they went along. If someone was hiding their aura, as long as they were touching the floor or walls in some way, he should be able to sense them as they approached.

Maura was extremely disconcerted. "This isn't right.." She commented. "I don't see anything on the map, nothing useful at all."
She continued along, but if they came to a cross section or any kind of fork or split path, she would send a slight draft of Wind down each corridor to see if she could detect anything down either way.

But there was nothing to feel. Over time they made it to the control room without anything of consequence happening. Jake looked at the room and saw that nothing looked out of place, other than it being empty. "Hm. Okay. This is not good. I'm going to review some of the tapes and see if I can find out what happened and when it happened." He started to go through the logs. "See if you can find any clues." Jake then noted to his team.

Aqua began to look around the room, as Jake seemed to have the computers covered. Good thing, she was no good with stuff like that, other then basic web browsing. What could of happened to make an entire building of people silently disappear?.... She wasn't entirely sure what she was looking for, but she was keeping an eye out for anything out of place.

Trevor gazed around the control room. He went over to any control panels with buttons and switches to see if any of them were turned on, off, pressed in, not pressed in, etc. He also did a thorough scan of the floor just in case anything had been knocked over or dropped.
