[This starts this RP. Keep in mind that it goes with the other one on tv.com and things that happen here, happen there. Just keep in mind that there is a time differential since this would be another arc, at another time. I'll start the first arc. Thanks! ] Skylos Pantech sat on 'his' couch in the cabin. He wondered what the others were up to...

I walked into the living room and saw Caleb on a couch. "Hey." I smiled and sat down on another one. I grabbed the remote and turned on the tv. What I saw made me do a double take.

"Hello Halo." Skylos watched as she sat and then looked at the tv. He blinked. "Commercials are getting weirder by the hour...aren't they?" He recalled when Musashi had fixed the tv and then decided to go to Japan because of some evil broadcast. "Ugh." Skylos said, just thinking about that looooooooooooooooong trip.

"You said it." I looked at the screen, watching the guy in the banana suit dance around the tub of icecream singing, "Banana splitz, splitz splitz!"

Skylos shook his head. "Well. Before we rot our brains with this stuff... How about we go for a trip to the library? I found a rather ancient book there that I'd like to investigate. It's written in a strange form of letters called Time Runes. I thought you'd be interested." he smiled warmly and cheerfully.

"Hmm. Yeah, that sounds good. I haven't been there in months!" I chuckled.

"Great!" he beamed. "I don't expect any trouble, so I'll do without my armor and stuff... Though," he held up a flashlight, "This always stays with me." He got up from the couch and stopped at the door. He took his Light Robe off and hung it on the rack.

"Okay. But why a flashlight? It's broad daylight out. Waiting for a sudden solar eclipse or something?" I followed him out the door.

"Oh it has its other uses. It's great for bashing enemies on the head from behind to knock them out. That and the power might go out in the basement. That's where I found the book. Archieves are always in the basement to keep the material from decaying." He began walking through the woods with her.

I laughed. "I guess that's pretty efficient then. That's cool, the stuff down there must be old, huh?" I kept walking, kicking about a rock on the way.

"Well. Whenever you think of runes in a sentence, you think of them as old. It makes it seemed even older since they're called Time Runes. There's a lot of old musty tomes down there written in who knows what language." he shrugged.

"Wow, that sound sinteresting. It's too bad that they're in other languages though."

"Omni says that I will develope an ability that allows me to read all languages. He said something about it being "Seeing the Truth of the Light." He scratched his head. "But that will be much further down the road in my abilities. I haven't even mastered Blue Light yet."

"Wow, really? I wish I could do that." I looked curious. "Blue light, huh? Are there other colors?"

"Yup. Prism is the third level. Darkness works the same way too. Of course it's black, red, and then violet. Light and darkness seems to actually follow the same property rules. I'm not unlike Neon when you really think about it." By now they had emerged into the park at the city limits.

"Oh, yeah? Neat. I like the sound of that prism one. It sounds real powerful."

"Oh it is. I can use the levels, but I haven't fully mastered their potential. Have you been working on your Storm and Time?"

"Yeah, a bit. I do tend to procrastinate on those types of things often. Heheh." We finally made it to the library. "Ahh. Here we are." I looked up at it's darkened windows. "Y'sure it's open?"

"Of course. I usually come here around this time. They just like to save electricity in the day and just rely on their giant windows for light." Skylos opened the door and held it. "After you."

"Right this way." he replied. Skylos and Halo would pass around the biography and the reference section before they came to a staircase. One went up to the top floor, while the other went to the basement. He went down, of course.

I noticed small lights that brighted the stairway just enough to see that there were still atleast 2 steps in front of you. "Cool." I did hope though, that it would br brighter once we got to the bottom.

But of course the lights had to be on at the bottom. You very well couldn't have windows while being underground, so this was the only area that always had the lights on. "The section we're looking for is in one of the side rooms. I think it was this one." He opened a door and stepped through. "Yeah. This is right."

I looked around the room. "This is cool. It seems like it could some kind of ancient tomb almost. Like it's been untouched for centuries." Of course this wasn't true, but I loved old, antique things. Anything over 50 years , I'd have been glad to examine, hold, feel, smell, etc.

Skylos was already at one of the shelves in the small room and was trying to get a book from the top shelf. "I put it out of the way so that no one else would find it. I know they couldn't check it out, but it would help if no one else knew about it." he grabbed it and sat it down on a study table ("for your convience for using our library!"). "It kind of reminds me of a history book. Or some type of text book." he shrugged.

I came over and looked at the book. "Wow. So what's in it?"

"Like I said. Time Runes. I generally think you might be able to read them. It's like how I can read Chronosian writing because I have some powers that are based from there. It would make sense that you can read them." he flipped to a page with a bookmark in it. "Hm. Someone has looked at this before." he flipped a few chapters back. "Ah. Try reading this one."

"Well, okay." I looked at the writing and was surprised to see that I could read it quite easily.

Halo would find that it was a very detailed acount of a boat which traveled to America in 1492... They had just landed and there was a problem of sorts. It just ended there, except for a lone line at the end which read: A time that has past, a time that is now, a time that is to come. The words seemed to hold power.
"What does it say?"

"Hmm. It's pretty interesting. There was boat. A fairly big one and it went to America back in 1492. When they landed there was some sort of big problem that apparently no one could figure out cause it ends there except for this: 'A time that has past, a time that is now, a time that is to come.'" I looked intently upon those words. I slightly felt the strange power that seemed to be in them.
